Project!!

So our dining table came with the lightest cream color fabric on the chairs. With 3 kids - they are NEVER clean. I don't know how many times I have scrubbed them and they always look so dirty from all of the stains. I finally got tired of it and decided to reupholster them.

before............................
the process........................
after................................
Much better right?!? I am very happy with them. I got a fabric that is indoor/outdoor - so I am hoping it is more stain resistant and durable.

Wow, I never knew you were so handy. Was it easy? How did you do it, just lift the seats off and put the new material over and staple gun the back? The finished product looks really good.

it was really easy once i figured out that there were screws on the bottom that i could easily take the seat off with -- i had been trying to hammer it off and pry it off -- kinda jacked up the wood on one of the chairs. oops :) anyways - yep then just staple gunned the new fabric on.

Love the print! I have these unattractive plastic covers over my light cream seats. Your fabric is much more chic.
